Last Friday, the acquisition of Southern Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc., of Birmingham, Alabama, was announced by Solstas Lab Partners of Greensboro, North Carolina. Steve Boyd, who is the Founder and CEO of Southern Diagnostics, will become a Senior Vice President at Solstas.
